What is eConverge™?
eConverge™ is a cloud based estimating platform for AEC and JOC, SABER, or IDIQ contractors. It brings together TruPriceData™, digital titles thru our partnership with BNi®, with an easy interface for square foot and unit price estimating & project management workflows.
How Does Your Pricing Model Work?
We offer a straightforward subscription without percentage-based fees. No matter how many projects you run, you pay a flat annual rate. That means your cost stays the same whether you process 1 million or 50 million in job orders in a year.
What Cost Data is Included?
Your subscription gives you access to TruPriceData™, with localized unit prices for labor, materials and equipment that are refreshed every quarter. You can override those rates with your own labor adjustments, apply regional productivity factors and index-based escalations. If you need other BNi® titles or a custom IDIQ costbook, we can prepare and implement them. You can also build and maintain your own FlexCostData™ items right in the platform.
Can I Try eConverge™ Before Committing?
Yes. We offer a 30-day free trial so you can explore the features of our highest tier level; eConverge Enterprise™, with your own projects and see the amazing tools and potential cost savings firsthand.
Does eConverge™ Support Integrations?
Yes. You can export estimates to Excel or PDF. eConverge Mobile™ is coming in Q3 2025 to give you estimating on the go.
How Do You Handle Security and Compliance?
Our platform is hosted in a SOC 2 compliant environment with enterprise grade encryption at rest and in transit. We support single sign-on via SAML or OAuth and maintain strict access controls and audit logs.

Yes. Our platform lets you switch between square foot estimating for broad scopes and detailed unit price estimating for precise line item costbooks, all in one place.
Can I Localize Labor and Material Rates?
You can override any default rate with your own labor adjustments, apply regional productivity multipliers for metro, urban or rural conditions and adjust for special scenarios like night work or confined spaces.
Do You Offer Training to Learn eConverge™ ?
Yes, we offer 2- and 4-hour live training sessions via Microsoft Teams.
